This will be my first attempt, I know these are not the perfect tomatoes to use, but I am growing mostly Mortgage Lifter’s & and some Celebrity. Does anyone know if these will work?

The taxes in our area when up drastically. My friend asked me to review his tax bill and I noticed he did not have a Homestead or Mortgage exemption. He has a 30 year mortgage on the property and it is his only & primary residence. He’s had the mortgage for five years. Is there a way for him to recoupe some of those taxes because he didn’t have those exemptions. Is his mortgage company responsible?
What about the back money that is owed to him because the county was over charging because he did not have those exemptions for 5 years

I found a property while traveling and completely fell in love with it. There was a "bank owned" sign and a phone number. The phone number is no longer in service. I made my research over the internet and found out that it was owned by the Taylor, Bean & Whitaker mortgage company which went bankrupt last month and closed. I am unable to contact the company by any means.

I really want to get this house but I don’t know who to contact.

Any suggestion?

What is the best way to shop for mortgage rates?

I have been pre-approved by a local very large bank known for their mortgages of which I am a customer. I know the lender.

Once my short sale is approved I will get my first rate & points from him. Then is it best to shop on the internet or go in person to other banks? Do credit unions or online mortgage companies offer better rates and less points than nationally known banks?

You know, instead of going to or calling banks & brokers to find out what the rate is, if it went UP today, or DOWN today, etc.
