Seems to me that PMI is very costly for the home owner, especially me with a perfect credit rating and new funding source to maintain a mortgage if I lose my job (my job is very secure). Please any suggestions on how to get the PMI waived by the mortgage company.

We are in the middle of applying for a mortgage with a mortgage company. We have submitted documents and has signed paperworks but we want to switch to another mortgage company. Can we still do it and since they have worked on our papers already , are we going to pay a fee?

I’m in the market for a house, but my score is kinda low, does anyone know of a mortgage company that can work with a 585 score? I know interest will be high but I’m ready to be a home owner. DTI is good.

Our 2nd mortgage company is suing us for ,000 (the balance on our 2nd after they signed off the lien for the short sale). They have submitted paperwork to attach 25% of our wages until it is paid off? Is their any legal way out of this?
